Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund policy:

Delivered and accepted orders by the customer are not subject to refunds.

Please get in touch with our customer service team within 24 hours if you believe the order is not what you expected.

Cancellation Policy:

With a lax cancellation policy, Cinesonic Audio Visual Pvt Ltd. tries to be as helpful as it can to its customers.

According to this policy, cancellation requests will only be taken into account if they are submitted within 24 hours of placing an order.

If the vendors or merchants have been notified of the orders and have started the delivery process, they will not accept the cancellation request.

Orders placed under the category of Same Day Delivery cannot be cancelled.

When Cinesonic Audio Visual Pvt Ltd. marketing staff purchases a product for a holiday or special occasion, such as Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc., cancellations are not accepted. Cancellations are not permitted because these are special-occasion specials.

Please contact our customer service team if you receive any consumer durable or nondurable items that are broken or defective. However, the request won’t be granted until the merchant has checked and confirmed it at his end. This needs to be recorded the day after the products are received.

Within 24 hours of receiving the product, you must notify our customer service if you believe the item is not exactly as described on the website or does not meet your expectations. After investigating your complaint, the customer service team will make the proper decision.
